Terms of Use
Delvekeep: Pixel Dungeon RPG · Effective October 19, 2026
These terms apply when you download or play Delvekeep: Pixel Dungeon RPG (the “Game”) from Gus Gus Games (“we”, “us”). By playing, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Game.
1. Your license
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to play the Game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial fun. You may not copy, sell, rent, reverse engineer or modify the Game, or use cheats, bots or tools that change how it works.
2. Virtual items and gold
The Game has virtual items such as gold, gear, blessings, bag space and farm plots. They have no real-world value, can’t be exchanged for money or anything of value, and can’t be sold or transferred outside the Game. You have a license to use them in the Game, not ownership of them.
3. Purchases
Purchases are made through Google Play and are also covered by Google Play’s terms. Prices are shown in the store before you buy. One-time purchases (such as A Greater Pack and Farm Deeds) can be restored on the same Google account with Restore Purchases at the bottom of the Shop, including after Options > Delete Save File. Blessing packs are used up when bought and can’t be restored. Refunds are handled by Google Play under its refund policy; we can’t issue refunds directly. If a purchased item doesn’t show up, try Restore Purchases, then contact us.
4. Ads
The Game offers optional rewarded ads from Google AdMob. Rewards are given only when an ad is watched to the end. Ads are covered by our Privacy Policy.
5. Promo codes
We may offer codes that give free in-game items. Codes have no cash value, may be one use only, and may expire or be withdrawn.
6. Your progress
Your progress is saved only on your device. It’s lost if you uninstall the Game, clear its data, use Delete Save File, or lose the device. We can’t restore lost progress (purchases can be restored as described above). Ascending in the Game resets progress on purpose.
7. Changes and availability
We may update, change or rebalance the Game, including virtual items and prices, and we may stop offering it. We try to keep the Game running well but don’t promise it will always be available or free of bugs.
8. Disclaimer and limits
The Game is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. To the fullest extent the law allows, Gus Gus Games isn’t liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Game in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you, and nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
9. Ending these terms
You can stop any time by uninstalling the Game. We may end your license if you break these terms.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, except where your local consumer law says otherwise.
